• Guillotine glass: façades open vertically by motor — an open terrace in summer, a fully insulated room in winter.
• Bioclimatic roof option: choosing a louvred bioclimatic roof instead of glass adds natural ventilation for summer use.
• Zip screen complement: clear or screen-fabric zip screens add sun control and privacy.
