TKN Group manufactures bioclimatic pergolas, awnings, zip screens and guillotine glass under one roof in its 35,000 m² facility in Adana, Türkiye. Being the manufacturer means factory-direct pricing on every quote and made-to-measure engineering on every project.

Our Production Lines

• Aluminium processing: CNC cutting and bending lines; system-specific dies and accessories.
• Electrostatic powder coating: a paint shop with hundreds of tonnes of annual capacity, RAL colour options and marine-grade durability.
• Fabric confection: cutting and welding lines for awning and zip screen fabrics — acrylic, PVC and screen.
• Assembly and testing: every system is pre-assembled and passes motor, sensor and drainage tests before shipping.

Engineering and R&D

Structural calculation for snow load, wind speed and span is standard on every project. Our R&D team continuously improves profiles and mechanisms — see our certificates for international test standards.
